First Arctic Ultras Training Course

Theoretical, Strategic and Practical Prep for Races and Expeditions in the Arctic and sub-Arctic

The November Arctic Ultras training course has been completed, and went rather a lot better than I had imagined. The snows began to fall in earnest during the hour before the course started, giving us perfect conditions and setting the scene wonderfully. All components were covered as planned, and the participants gave glowing reports. I confess to finding a few areas for improvement, which will be integrated into the next course.
